Request refund after I found out the school professor printed wrong book on syllabus. Try to returned the book by contacting seller, but the seller did not reply to my refund request and no response to my emails.
I understand it was not her fault, but she should have been respond to my email at least.

Amazon.com should also provide some kind of customer service as liaison between individual seller and buyer.

Since I didn't read book, I cannot rate this book. Amazon.com won't let me publish review without the rating, so I gave middle star.

The book was in fine condition. It certainly meets the needs I have for school and was not written in all through the pages. Also, an advantage of ordering through Amazon was the price difference between online and the school book store. I saved almost half what I would have paid.
